Classes & Group Training:
Tuesday - 2nd Tues of every month - Fix-a-Flat and On the Road Repairs
Thursday - 7:30am yoga for athletes - $10 - all levels!
Friday - Group Run - alternating starting at Lifetime Fitness/SBR. 6am, all levels welcome!
Every Sunday - Outdoor Group Rides at 7am from the shop - meet at 6:30ish
Saturday, May 25th -GRAND OPENING ANNIVERSARY BASH - Live music, pig roast, fun for the whole family! 2pm on the shop patio.
