Classes & Group Training:
Monday - Yoga at 7:15pm
Tuesday - Morning Group Ride at 6am - 20-30miles
Tuesday - 2nd Tues of every month - Fis-a-Flat and On the Road Repairs
Wednesday - Group Run at 5:45pm, Ki2Motion Stretch at 7:15pm
Thursday - Team Night (events vary)
Sunday - Morning Group Ride at 6:30am - if rain we ride inside! Computrainers are limited, bring a trainer if you have one.
