Rec Plex Fall Triathlon - Volunteer Info

Volunteers are needed at various checkpoints on the run and bike courses to direct vehicle traffic and guide athletes at various turns. The competition begins at 7:30 a.m.

Volunteers for the bike course need to check in by 7:00 that morning and volunteers for the run course need to check in by 8:30. Erin Spence will be at the registration table to assist with check in and to route you to your location. Please be prepared for sitting out in the elements for the duration of your service. I suggest a lawn chair, umbrella, and perhaps a snack or two to stay comfortable. You are encouraged to bring a cell phone if you have one as Erin will be providing you an emergency contact number to call in case of any problems.
