47th Annual Moonlight Ramble®

August 21-22 - The Muny in Forest Park

This is the signature fundraising event for the Gateway Council of Hostelling International. Proceeds support community-oriented services, including low-cost outdoor recreational activities for the entire family, low budget travel services, educational programs teaching cultural competency and development of the Mullanphy Emigrant Home into a world-class hostel in St. Louis. Typically drawing more than 10,000 riders, the ride will begin just past midnight and follows a short (9 miles) or a long (19 miles) route through the streets of Saint Louis City and County. Family-friendly activities before and after the ride, commemorative T-shirts, and the chance to be part of a unique spectacle draw recreational cyclists of all ages and skill levels, many of them returning year after year. ROUTE MARSHALS NEEDED to make this event a huge success! Route Marshals are needed at EVERY intersection to keep the riders safe. Must be over 18 and have a cell phone. Online sales ends Friday, August 20 at NOON. T-shirts can be picked up at the office with a valid wristband or ticket certificate or onsite at the Ramble.
