BENEFITS of RESISTANCE STRETCHING:
Resistance Stretching is a new training modality that is on the cutting edge of fitness and can upgrade the best athletes while healing and improving the injured athletes. Ki Hara Resistance Stretching and Strength Training:

• offers immediate, cumulative, and permanent increases in flexibility;
• protects you from injuring yourself by over-stretching;
• increases range of motion (ROM)

Ki Hare Self Stretch Classes
To experience, feel and see the progress that a whole body workout from Resistance Stretching gives you. Come join me for a 4 week course on how an effective means of practice through our Ki Hara Resistance Self Stretching works. You will get a whole body workout through self-stretches and will be assisted in every class. 17 Stretches
8 upper body 8 lower body stretches.

The course is designed on these small group sessions based on the needs and goals of the students in each group. With personalized attention and program design, I will help you figure out the entanglement of your muscle groups.

Classes focus on stability and strength - be ready to power stretch. By the end of the course you will be doing advanced stretching techniques and problem solving.
