Regain Your Fitness Level While Training for a 5K Run
This 10 week fitness and run program is for men and women who want to get healthy through the Holiday season. The program will feature a weekly 1 hour guided fitness session and two supported group walks/runs. This is the perfect opportunity to kick start your fitness program so that you go into the new year dedicated to a healthier mind and body.
Program Features:
A group of like minded people to train with
4 experienced fitness and nutrition athletes to guide, challenge, and support you
A training program that lays out your weekly fitness activities
3 group sessions per week: 1 fitness and 2 walks/runs
A discount on Big Shark Athletic workout shoes, clothing, and gear
Our program is ideal for people who live and/or work within 10 to 15 miles of Forest Park. We get to work Sunday, November 13th. There will be an orientation session in the afternoon of the 13th, then your weekly workouts begin. The training plan culminates with the Frozen Buns Run held every year in the Delmar Loop- a 5k and 10k run through the streets of University City.
